HAMILTON - Frank W. Sherry Sr., 81, of Hamilton went home to be with the Lord on Saturday. Born and raised in Hamilton, Frank was a Hamilton resident all of his life.
He was a retired project engineer with Exxon/ Mobil Corporation and a World War II U.S.Navy veteran and a member of the U.S.Coast Guard Auxilliary. He was a member of the Fin, Fur and Feather Club, Buckhorn Camp, Haddon Grange 38, the Knights of Columbus of Ewing and the Hamilton Senior Bowling League. Predeceased by his wife, Margaret, he is survived by his wife, Nancy P. Sherry; his sons, Frank W. Jr. and Patrick; his daughter, Gale; his sisters, Evelyn Sakiey and Doris Cowell; his grandchildren, Frank W. III, Amber O'Steen and Jamie Vaccaro and his great-grandson, Gabriel O'Steen. The funeral service will be Tuesday at 8:45 a.m. from the Kingston & Kemp Funeral Home, 260 White Horse Ave., Hamilton. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at St. Raphael's Church, S. Broad Street, Hamilton. Interment will follow at Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown.
