Wiliam "Will" Brian Nitschmann |
On October 2, 2019, William Brian Nitschmann, brother, husband, father and friend, passed away three days before his 52nd birthday. Will grew up on the family farm in Bordentown, which sparked his love for the outdoors and ultimately his career as a respected icon throughout the fishing industry. In addition to the countless hours he spent hunting and fishing with family and friends, he spent much of his teenage years working at the Sportsman Center, even at times when he should have been in attendance at Bordentown Regional High School where he graduated from in 1986. Through his love of the outdoors, he forged many lasting relationships, several professional of which became personal, because of his generous, always willing to help nature. Will was a part of many organizations, some of which included the Elks, Allentown Baseball, and his beloved Fin Fur Feather family, where he was a retired life member. Will also enjoyed playing poker, watching football, coaching baseball and seafood dinners with family and friends, that at times included an occassional adult beverage. Will had a way of lighting up the room, dance floor or wherever he was with his vibrant nature, wit and loving personality. He was someone people wanted to be around and spend time with. Will was someone who others could count on and look up to. He will truly be missed by the people whose lives he touched. Will was predeceased by his parents, Werner and Lottie; he is survived by his wife of 19 years, Annette (nee Kearns); his two sons, Brandon and his wife Taylor, and Devin, whom both he was very proud of; his brother, Werner Nitschmann and his wife Cindy, his sister Cindy Schmoll and her husband Todd, his sister Sandra Daly and her husband Dennis; Uncle Mikey and his wife Shirley; his sisters-in-law, Janet Allonardo (Anthony), Judy Schreiber (Tom), Michele Ames, Kathleen Kearns and Barbara Ryan; in-laws Robert and Shirley Kearns; and a whole tribe of nieces and nephews all of which adored “Uncle Willy” and could always count on him to put a smile on their face. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Tuesday, October 8, 2019, from 4-8PM, and again on Wednesday, October 9, from 9AM to 12PM, at the Huber-Moore Funeral Home, 517 Farnsworth Ave., Bordentown, NJ. Funeral services will be on Wednesday at 12PM, at the funeral home. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Huber-Moore Funeral Home, Bordentown, NJ. 609-654-2439 The Fin, Fur and Feather membership wishes to express our most sincere condolences to the entire Nitschmann family. A 2nd generation member, Will was always an active member and started the poker tournaments at the club. He ran many events and was always so generous donating prizes for the kids fishing contest, trout day and many other causes. Nitsch will be sorely missed by all. |
